Tuesday: Zumba. Thursday: Zumba. Repeat.

Twice a week I take an hour long zumba class. This has not changed with the current Stay at Home Order during the COVID-19 Pandemic, I just don’t leave the house, and class is wherever my computer is! Check out the info at the end of this post for how you can join us from home.

What is Zumba?

According wikipedia:

an exercisefitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” PĂ©rez during the 1990s. Zumba is a trademark owned by Zumba Fitness, LLC. The Brazilian pop singer Claudia Leitte has become the international ambassador to Zumba Fitness.

Check out my instructor, Holly, on facebook and instagram!

Where do you go?

Our classes are located at Peace, Love, and Dance in Lake Elsinore. It is located on Mission Trail next to Big Lots. If you’re local, it’s right off of the 15! First class is FREE, and each class is $5 after that!

The classes are lead by Holly Bennett, they are fun, the music is great, the routines are hard enough to make you work, but not too hard to discourage any beginner.

Everyone has a great time, we celebrate birthdays after class by heading to breakfast or out for coffee. We also theme dress for different times of year, and Holly includes festive music for different holidays!

I don’t live in/near Lake Elsinore!

That’s ok! Check out the Official Zumba website to locate a class near you, checkout information about becoming an instructor, and more!

Due to the current Stay at Home order with COVID-19, Holly has graciously put together a playlist on her youtube channel. Check it out, and if you’re local to Lake Elsinore, join us for an in person class once we are able to get together again!!!!

While we are staying at home, join us Tuesday and Thursday at 10am pacific time from the comfort of your home.
