In 2017 we became a host family for the Lake Elsinore Storm. Since then we have had five amazing young men, and the future of Padres baseball, stay with us.

2017

Lake Elsinore Storm Host Family: A New Adventure

Anyone that knows us knows how much we LOVE the game of baseball. Little did we know that we would one day be a host family to the future of Padres baseball.

The Lake Elsinore Storm has a volunteer program that involves families hosting players in their home for free, as a host family. 

2018

Lake Elsinore Storm Host Family – Second Year

The Storm features a host family program where local families open their homes to players who are members of that team.

Joey Lucchesi and David Bednar were the first two players to live with us. and what a great year it was. Two amazing players from two amazing families. We felt so lucky.

Our Third Year as a Lake Elsinore Storm Host Family

2019

Lake Elsinore Storm Host Family – third Year

Our third season as a host family for the Lake Elsinore Storm, a minor league team within the San Diego Padres organization.

Our first two players have moved on, and we were introduced to not 1 but 3 new players this season. We also have updates on our first two players, Joey and David.
