Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Simple Mashed Potato recipe, use whatever seasonings best suit you!

Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Peel and chop potatoes.
  • Boil potatoes for 15 minutes.
  • Drain and mash potatoes.
  • Add all other ingredients and stir to mix.
