Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk of your choice
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt I used vanilla, plain will also work.
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups frozen strawberry/bananas or 1 cup of each if not already combined
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ cup ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender in order listed.
  • Blend until smooth and enjoy.
