Buffalo Cauliflower

- ½ head Cauliflower
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- Buffalo Sauce bottled or DIY
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C)
Combine water with dry ingredients.
Chop the head of cauliflower into smaller bite size pieces and dip into the batter.
Arrange the florets onto a lightly greased baking tray.
Bake for 10 minutes, flip, bake for 10 minutes more.
Remove the tray from the oven, drizzle buffalo sauce over cauliflower. Bake for another 10 minutes then remove and serve.
