Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • ½ head Cauliflower
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • tsp black pepper
  • Buffalo Sauce bottled or DIY

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C)
  • Combine water with dry ingredients.
  • Chop the head of cauliflower into smaller bite size pieces and dip into the batter.
  • Arrange the florets onto a lightly greased baking tray.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, flip, bake for 10 minutes more.
  • Remove the tray from the oven, drizzle buffalo sauce over cauliflower. Bake for another 10 minutes then remove and serve.
